Twitter’s ‘X’ Logo Raises Trademark Concerns for Meta

Twitter’s recent unveiling of a new logo featuring a distinctive black-and-white ‘X’ design has sparked potential legal troubles for the tech giant. According to information from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Meta applied for the trademark of its ‘X’ logo on May 25, 2017. The trademark was officially registered in June 2019.
